Kim first felt the special bond that we share with our pets when she was in grade school. After walking to class and sitting down at her desk, Kim noticed that the family dog had followed her to school and was sitting outside in the schoolyard. These acts of unconditional love between pets and owners inspired Kim to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Kim, who joined our staff in 2004, has been a veterinary technician for 20 years. She loves helping sick animals make a quick recovery, working with senior pets to ensure that they are aging with dignity and participating in the fields of reproduction, behavior and nutrition. Kim and her husband enjoy spending time with their own pets and are active in agility, obedience, rally, sledding and weight pulling.
